Introducing Rapid Fleet:

Rapid Fleet is built to help you organize your shop so you can stay on top of repairs, service plans, and spare parts, all in one place.

Best of all, because Rapid Fleet is a RapidWorks product, dispatchers are automatically informed when vehicles are taken out of service, regardless of whether they rely on Rapid ERP or Visual Dispatch. This means dispatchers can schedule jobs with confidence, mechanics can schedule repairs, and keep your business running. 

How Rapid Fleet works for you:

When a truck or piece of equipment has issues, every second counts. With Rapid Fleet, operators can mark a vehicle as out of service if an inspection reveals a critical issue. This triggers an alert to the shop so repairs can be scheduled. Dispatchers will also see the equipment is out of service, so backup equipment assigned right away. No scrambling. No downtime. Now, you can request payment directly through Rapid ERP.  Simply send invoices with a payment link that your customers can securely pay online with just a few clicks. Whether it's a credit card or ACH transfer, payments are tracked automatically in Rapid ERP, so you always know where your money is. This means fewer business systems to juggle and more time to focus on what matters.
